Automotive repair and spray painting plays a defining role in establishing who we are. Having over 50 years experience, we guarantee the best workmanship and materials available to bring out the best for your car.
What It Is

Most believe that automotive repair and spray painting can be done very easily and quickly. While it might seem like a simple fix for your minor paint chips or wall scrapes, our workmanship goes far beyond the surface. Perfecting every detail of the car body's shape, curvature and depth takes skill, precision, and dedication. This, of course, means that it takes time and follows a strict process to repair and restore back your vehicle.

We start by assessing whether your car needs to do panel beating or knocking. Typically, charges of spray painting and panel beating are separate and we will let you know in our quotation clearly. Next, dry sanding is done to strip down the old undercoat and any rust that may have formed. If applicable, anti-rust coating is then applied for those exposed panels susceptible to oxidation. The shape of the vehicle is restored with putty, including any small dents or scratches on the panel. Just like in a manicure, a layer of primer is used for paint adhesion to the panel surface.
The fun begins with spray painting in our clean room spray booth. Our car spray painting services apply for all types of vehicles, with a wide array of colour base to choose from, including glossy or matt finish. We generally apply 2-3 thin layers of paint over depending on the coverage required before a top coat is applied. Once the coatings have been sprayed on the affected panels, the paint is left to dry in the spray booth with our Infrared heated ovens.
FUN FACT
Certain colours such as Silver have a poor paint coverage, which means more layers are required
so that the old coats do not become visible and a colour mismatch could be seen.
We will finish each spray painting job with a thorough machine polishing to remove any paint defects and bring it to a shine. Finally, a car wax is applied for paint protection and making it smooth to the touch.

We are not limited to only vehicle spray painting too! On the other side of the road, we have also collaborated with Team Veliore from Raffles Girls’ School (Secondary) in their quest to win the 2018 F1 in Schools National Finals.
